Request Data Deletion

About this request

Under GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, and CCPA (California), you have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Submit your email below and we will delete your record from our analytics (PostHog), and forward the request to our privacy team for any downstream systems (HubSpot CRM, advertising platforms).

We will confirm completion to the email you submit within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 17. For questions, contact privacy@flextecs.com.

What gets deleted

• Your person record in our analytics platform (PostHog, EU Cloud)
• All events associated with that person record
• Your contact in our marketing CRM (HubSpot), forwarded to privacy team

What this does not cover

• Customer records held in our paid product (FlexTrap). If you are a FlexTecs customer or end user, contact your account team or privacy@flextecs.com directly.
• Records third-party ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft) may hold from cookie-based tracking. To erase those, exercise your rights directly with each platform.
