Do you train shared models on our payment data?
No. Your data stays in your tenant. We do not pool customer transactions into a shared training set. The training corpus that powers FlexTrap's error pattern recognition is FlexTecs' own historical audit data — accumulated over decades of recovery work, before your data ever enters the platform.
How do you prevent AI hallucinations on something this high-stakes?
Payment-blocking decisions never rely on a language model's judgment alone. Every flag is backed by deterministic rules, statistical scoring, and traceable evidence — the invoice, the duplicate match, the vendor record. Where we use generative AI (inbox replies, statement summaries), output is grounded in retrieved ERP context and surfaced for human review before action.
