Introduction
FlexTrap is a product of Flexible Technology Solutions (“FlexTecs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FlexTecs is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of individuals with whom we come into contact. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit flextrap.ai and use our services. It supplements the FlexTecs corporate privacy policy available at flextecs.com/privacy-policy.
Data Privacy Framework
FlexTecs complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. FlexTecs has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over FlexTecs’s compliance with the DPF.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension, FlexTecs commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU and UK individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF should first contact FlexTecs at security@flextecs.com.
FlexTecs has further committed to refer unresolved DPF Principles-related complaints to PrivacyTrust, an alternative dispute resolution provider, at no cost to you. You may file a complaint at privacytrust.com/drs/flextecs. Under certain conditions you may also invoke binding arbitration under the DPF.

Analytics and Performance Measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate site performance and traffic. These are first-party, privacy-preserving services that do not use cookies and do not track individuals across sites. Data collected is anonymized and used only to improve site reliability and user experience.
Third-Party Services
With your consent (managed via our cookie preferences), we may load additional third-party analytics and marketing technologies — including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (UET), Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot, Hotjar, AdRoll, and PostHog. Each operates under its own privacy policy. You can change your consent at any time using the “Manage Cookies” link in our footer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Product analytics (PostHog). When you grant analytics consent, we use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with FlexTrap pages — page views, clicks, conversion funnels, Core Web Vitals, and aggregate engagement. PostHog is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) and processes event data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Session replay, surveys, experiments, and personalized feature flags are disabled on this site. We do not capture passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal data. You can opt out at any time via the “Manage Cookies” link in our footer, or delete your record via flextrap.ai/legal/data-deletion.
