By accessing or using the FlexTrap website (flextrap.ai) and services provided by Flexible Technology Solutions (“FlexTecs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

FlexTrap is an accounts payable intelligence platform developed by FlexTecs that helps enterprise accounts payable teams prevent duplicate payments, detect vendor fraud, reconcile statements, and manage AP communications. Our services are provided on a subscription basis under separate commercial agreements.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlexTecs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to FlexTecs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
