Neal Cung is the Chief Information Officer at FlexTecs, responsible for the company's internal technology infrastructure, information security, and IT operations.
Neal ensures that FlexTecs' internal systems meet the enterprise-grade requirements that Fortune 500 clients demand — data protection, access controls, and the secure infrastructure that processes sensitive payment data across client environments.
His role is distinct from but complementary to the CTO function. While John Kidd builds the FlexTrap product, Neal builds and maintains the secure, reliable infrastructure on which that product runs and through which client data flows.
